Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring anything for a float session?

Nope. We provide towels, earplugs, body wash, shampoo, and everything else you need. Just bring yourself. Maybe a change of clothes if you're heading out afterward.

Can I float if I’m pregnant?

Yes, many pregnant clients report floating relieves pressure on the spine and joints. We always recommend consulting with your physician first.

How often should I float?

While benefits can be felt from a single float, most clients see the best results with regular sessions, weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

Will I feel claustrophobic in the float tank?

Float tanks are surprisingly spacious and you’re always in control. You can leave the door open, the lights on, or exit at any time.

Do I need to be completely still during the session?

Not at all. You’re free to stretch, float in different positions, or just let your body settle naturally. Some people even fall asleep.

How clean is the water?

Immaculate. Our tanks use medical-grade filtration systems and high-concentration Epsom salt, which is naturally antimicrobial. Water is fully filtered between every session.
