These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chalárosi Float Studio website, booking platform, and in-person services. By accessing our site or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
Chalárosi offers wellness services including float therapy, red light therapy, chiropractic care, infrared sauna, and cold plunge sessions. Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue services at any time.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled through our website and processed via Square. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or credit forfeiture depending on your membership type.
3. Health & Safety
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Please consult your physician before beginning any wellness program. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your experience. We reserve the right to deny service if a safety concern arises.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are securely processed through Square. If you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize Chalárosi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failed payments may result in paused access to services until resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the property of Chalárosi Float Studio or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chalárosi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services or the site at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or small claims court in Coweta County unless otherwise required by law.
